We have now experienced a decade when what F.D.R. said
"There is nothing to fear but fear itself"

has been altered into being told to live in fear not only in
the economic field but of terrorism as well.

There are no Leaders in our world to-day such as he.

Listen to his words and take heart from them, please.

Hi!

With 9/11 looming, I pulled out my Global Outlook issue #13 book and went to www.AE911Truth.org the other day.  AE stands for Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.  I hope some of you will do likewise.  My prayers are with the families and relatives of those who lost their lives that day.  My prayers are also with those who have lost loved one because of their health issues because they helped to rescue people.  Jean

Finance Minister Kevin Falcon indicates that in voting to go back to the old provincial sales tax, the public has ordered the government to make do with less revenue.  But compare his statement with that of former Finance Minister Colin Hansen in 2009: "In terms of the revenue of the HST, it's roughly the same as the revenue we currently get from the PST.  People use the term "revenue neutral," but what we expect will come in under the HST is what we currently get."
However, over the last ten years, the B.C. Liberals have decreased corporate taxes from 16% to 10% with the consequent loss of $7.7 billion in  revenue.  Instead of trying to punish civil servants and the public, the government should now roll back the general corporate tax rate to 12% (as it was before Jan. 1, 2008), and raise approximately $400 million more per year to solve its fiscal woes.
