ON THE SERIOUS SIDE
Does criticizing Zionists taking land for housing from Palestinians and Israel for massive use of force constitute being anti those of Jewish religion? I don't believe so. You may believe otherwise.

"We've been struggling with the definition because ant-Semitism now goes hand-in-hand often with anti-Zionist behaviour or anti-Israel behaviour. Where one exists the other seems to follow," http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/politics/article/1021214--ottawa-urged-to-tackle-anti-semitism-amid-startling-increase-in-hate-crimes

For Grandma's

I was out walking with my Grandson. He
picked up something off the ground and started to put it in his mouth. I took
the item away from him and asked him not to do that. 'Why" my Grandson
asked. "Because it's been on the ground; you don't know where it's been,
it's dirty, and probably has germs," I replied. At this point, my Grandson
looked at me with total admiration and asked, "Grandma, how do you know
all this stuff?? You are so smart." I was thinking quickly and said to
him, "all Grandmas know stuff. It's on the Grandma Test. You have to know
it, or they don't let you be a Grandma.." We walked along in silence for 2
or 3 minutes, but he was evidently pondering this new information.
"Oh.....I get it! he beamed, So if you don't pass the test you have to be a
Grandpa." Exactly, 'I replied with a big smile on my face'.<

When you're finished laughing, send this to another Grandma!!

This sounds just like Canada.  Remember Bill C36.  Remember Percy Schmeiser?  Remember the Wheat Board?
Government will tell us all what we can do with our property--and they will tax us for land that they really control.

Letter to the editor, Re - July 1 show on the Hill draws boos from across Canada

I was disgusted with Canada (Kebec ) day on parliament hill. Way to much French was spoken, just sickening. Not only that, the majority of the acts were from Kebec as usual. I just shut the TV off, again. This is just more funnelling of our money into Kebec, again as usual, sick! Kebec and the French (metis, they are not really french) were overrepresented again. Just made me and many other people sick.

"Loyal She Began, Loyal She Remains." Go learn our proud, BNA and UEL history. These were the builders of our country (and Kebec) since 1763,not this phony, revisionist lie, spin, nonsense, this bilingual, multicultural,2 founding nations, linguistic duality lie, spin, propaganda that we've been living with since Trudeau and Kebec forced this upon the nation. We've been part of the British Empire since 1763 and officially and English speaking country for over 200 years, again just the facts...

I wonder if people really know what's been going on in Quebec for the last several decades. Quebec = 5 decades wiping out the English language and culture with racist,anti-English language laws such as bill 22, 178, 101…Just a fact. Racism, bigotry, ethnic language cleansing and human rights violations alive and well in kebec.Kebec where the English, Scottish, Irish, United Empire Loyalists…built the province since 1763, where the Union Jack and Red Ensign flew until 1950. Again just the facts. This lie, this revisionist BS that Quebec is a French province and that Canada is bilingual is just that, an outright lie. 1 million people have been forced out of the province of Kebec (original spelling) due to this type of hatred/lie/spin.

I agree, but for one word. Le Canada as founded by the FRENCH to a large degree. They're the ones who explored and settled the St. Lawrence from its estuary through to the Great Lakes and down numerous rivers to the Mississippi all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Plus, they explored and traded for furs all the way to the Rocky Mountain foothills.  British Columbia was settled and explored by Brits, the Maritimes were a toss-up, and the English set up a bit in Newfoundland-Labrador.
A fairly accurate way to see who founded what is to look into place and river names. Those that have French or non-English (native-based) names were founded/explored by the French; English names (very often repeats of places in the UK) were founded/explored by the Brits.
Consider:
-
         Acadie (an area in the Maritimes);
-
         Quebec (native, so French-settled);
-
         Ontario (native);
-
         Manitoba (native);
-
         Saskatchewan (native);
-
         Alberta (English … and good thing that Prince Albert had a suitable name (what if he'd been Percival? :O);
-
         British Columbia (English).
Mind you, many areas have names of both English and non-English origins (no one will be fooled by Saskatchewan's being 'French' with Prince Albert, SK smack in the middle of it), but ones gets a general idea of who went somewhere first by following names.

Joe--has anyone ever mentioned the correlation between poverty and the presence of government?  I don't ever remember reading that the Cavemen were living in poverty.  They looked out for themselves and were not taxed for their every breath.
Quite right; cavemen lived in what's called 'misery', that is with a general shortage of everything.
As for poverty being a consequence of government: few will argue that modern-day Somalians, back-country Yemenis, and ungoverned Pakistani/Afghanis are prospering.
