Following up on this post by 'phone it became clear immediately it was a no go.
A subscription list would mean no BELOW (30), nor continuing contacts, nor editorializing.
April 1 is the date that for several years a post has been sent out of this nature.
Not knowing what to write I 'phoned for an opinion.
