ORIGINS OF HALLOWEEN

Thirty-five years ago today, in 1972, Sean O'Sullivan, 20, became the youngest MP in Canadian history when he won the seat of Hamilton-Wentworth.

I wasn't the youngest as was Sean.  I was however thirty-five . Half my life has gone by since.  I am as you are well aware still infected with the virus politicus.

It is my belief that once you've got it strongly few there are who ever get it out of their system.

Maybe I'm wrong, not ever having tried.

                  Joe
