A meeting in particular gathering the chiefs of the diplomacy of the United States of Mexico and Canada within the framework of the partnership north-maéricain on safety and prosperity, will take place on February 23 in Ottawa, announced Friday the Canadian government.

American side, the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, the secretary with interior safety Michael Chertoff and the secretary with the trade Carlos Gutierrez will make displacement, indicates Ottawa in an official statement.

Mexico will be represented by the secretary with the Foreign Affairs, Patricia Espinosa and the secretaries inside Francisco Javier Ramirez Acuna and with the trade Eduardo Sojo Garza-Aldape.


Their Canadian hosts will be the Foreign Ministers and of public Safety Peter MacKay and Stockwell Day, like their colleague of industry Maxime Bernier.

The Partnership for safety and the prosperity, which gathers the three countries of North America, was launched in 2005.
